With Solapur growing as a smart city and an upcoming airport boosting connectivity, demand for investment plots in prime localities has been rising steadily. Avani Developers approached us to generate high-quality leads for their latest open plot project.

The Challenge

The client needed a cost-effective digital strategy to reach genuine buyers and investors in Solapur and nearby districts. The key challenges were:

Our Strategy

1. Targeting & Audience

We built a custom audience targeting users aged 25–55 in Solapur, Osmanabad, Latur, and Bijapur — districts with buyers who actively seek investment plots. Interest-based targeting included real estate investment, property buying, home ownership, and construction. We also layered Lookalike Audiences based on the client’s existing enquiry database.

2. Creative Approach

Ad creatives featured actual site photos of the plots, highlighting the prime location, road connectivity, and proximity to key landmarks. The copy was written in a Marathi-Hindi mix to build local trust and relatability. Strong, direct CTAs (Enquire Today) drove immediate action.

3. Ad Format — Meta Instant Lead Forms

Instead of redirecting users to an external website, we used Meta’s native Instant Lead Generation Forms. This eliminated the extra step of visiting a landing page and dramatically reduced drop-off. Users could submit their name, number, and location preference in under 30 seconds — directly within Instagram and Facebook.
