This is one of the major reason for slow down the selling of properties. People are scared, cancelled or postponed to get their dream home.Many customers contacted but due to pandemic they are getting difficulty to reach out again or after pandemic they will be buying.

It is seen that due to growing cases of covid-19 Government is imposing a guidelines to some extent. The work should be done keeping in mind all the government guidelines.

It is seen that many leads are expecting less budget than the actual budget of the property. It is seen that the advertisement is not reaching to the targeted person. Some of the other private agencies also doing their marketing in appropriate way. So we are unable to reach right audience. It is suggested that Marketing strategies should be made correctly. The use of Social Media Marketing like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc can be helpful for improving to reach out correct audience. For that we spend Heavy budget on Digital Marketing.

Giving Launching offer

The offer should be given while the property pre-launch or while under construction or at early stage of selling of property. There is a big difference in price before launch and after launch.

Generate Filtered leads by Google Ads

It is suggested that the attractive keywords should be used . Promote using base price. The Ads should reach out to the potential customers like IT employees, Advocates, Doctors, Business person, Government Servant, Investors  etc. Just because of this we get right audience for this project.

Create Perfect landing page

Landing page can help direct users to get to the more conversions. It also brings the visitor to the right page to find the desired information about the project.

Conclusions

There should be Brand Awareness , Social Media Marketing , reach out only to the potential customers. Follow the present Guidelines imposed by the Government due to Covid 19. We never stop advertising on Social Media Platform becauseeven if there is pandemic people have constant use over Social Media.
